From Concept to Industrial Production

We follow a rigorous materials development path. Every recycled scrap batch is systematically sorted, compound-filtered, tested, and validated to ensure absolute consistency prior to commercial shipping.

Our Antwerp R&D facility coordinates closely with our production lines in Houston and Chennai, ensuring that scale transitions maintain physical reprocessed polymer properties.

Scrap Sourcing & Verification

Incoming post-industrial and post-consumer feedstocks are audited and categorized based on polymer class, purity, and MFI ranges.

Pilot Melt-Compounding

We run custom test batches using pilot twin-screw extruders with fine mesh melt filtering to analyze material behavior under high shear stresses.

Analytical Purity Validation

Sample granules undergo strict mechanical and analytical testing (DSC, density, tensile) to certify properties against specifications.

Proprietary Recycled Alloys & Nanoblends

We are investing heavily in future polymer capabilities. Our materials lab is developing **Ramraj EcoBlend** matrices that utilize nano-graphene reinforcements to double impact toughness in engineering reprocessed polyolefins.

In addition, we are researching highly compatibilized recycled polymer alloys that blend immiscible plastics like PE and PP, and bio-derived resins synthesized from organic agricultural waste.
